If you join our team, you will:

  • Act as a company brand representative
  • Develop a communications strategy that promotes our internal and external team activities and demonstrate this on digital, social, and internal platforms
  • Relay employee experience through content, to transparently show our internal culture and values
  • Create programs that will encourage the engagement of company ambassadors in various events
  • Work alongside the marketing team to align messaging and content across all channels
  • Track talent engagement scores to increase following on social channels
  • Support end-to-end recruitment, through organizing targeted events
  • Follow the industry trends, together with the Talent Acquisition Specialists, and suggest new platforms to attract talents
  • Staying up-to-date on talent research, talent market trends, and competitors

You are the right person for us if you:

  • Have 3+ years working in the field of Employer Branding
  • Have experience creating EVP’s
  • Have experience in event management
  • Enjoy writing content and have proofreading experience
  • Have excellent organizational skills
  • Are easily approachable
  • Have proficiency in both written and spoken English and Croatian

An additional plus is if you:

  • Have a proven record of cooperating with PR agencies and news portals
  • Have experience working in the IT industry
