As a Sales Engineer, you will:

  • Establish new, and maintain existing relationships with our Clients
  • Manage and interpret Client requirements by identifying needs and implementation efforts of products and services
  • Identify current and future Client product requirements
  • Provide product, service, technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests during regular meetings/calls with Clients
  • Make technical presentations and demonstrations on how a product will meet the Client’s needs and provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Determine product and services improvements by analyzing Client’s use case requirements
  • Drive product acceptance by explaining or demonstrating best practices relevant to the Client’s project
  • Draft and produce necessary technical and product documentation which can ease the Client adoption of products and services
  • Provide training and product support material for the sales team
  • Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical teams within the company
  • Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends
  • Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-term issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives
  • Provide technical information and implementation instructions to all Clients
  • Travel to visit potential Clients
  • Coordinate sales projects
  • Meet regular sales targets
  • Record and maintain Client contact data
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

  • You have excellent business English language skills, both verbal and written
  • Have expertise in technical pre-sales or consulting roles, including experience with complex, enterprise environments
  • Have knowledge of technology, including programming languages, operating systems, and mobile operating systems
  • Have great customer interaction skills combined with excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • You can work well with others - bridge the gap between product development and sales functions
  • You are really good at analytical and forward-thinking
  • You can easily deliver complex information in an understandable way
  • You have the ability to build relationships with Clients quickly
  • You are independent and can resolve problems on your own
  • You are opened to traveling abroad
  • Flexible working schedule is OK for you
  • An engineering degree is preferred, or relevant working experience
